    • Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.

Non-Returnable Products

Refund Policy

 

    1. Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

    1. An unboxing video of the product in its original packaging is mandatory for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products. Without this video, no complaints will be entertained.

    1. In case of a tampered, damaged, or defective package, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.

    1. Cepora is not responsible for damage occurring after product delivery.

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    1. Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes inspection.

    1. Refunds are processed within 14-15 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

    1. After dispatch, a gateway charge of 2% will be levied for order cancellations.
