At Cepora, we strive to provide you with the best experience. In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy will guide you through the process as per the terms and conditions below:

Important Notes

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, attars, and fragrances are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for reasons such as ‘fragrance not liked.’ Returns or replacements are only eligible in cases of defective, leakage, damaged, incorrect & missing products, and must be supported with proper evidence, including an unboxing video, clear photos, intact brand tags, labels, and complete original packaging, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy.

    • Reactions due to specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient are also excluded. We strongly recommend performing a patch test as advised on each product.

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange in the following cases:

    1. Damaged Product Delivery: Extreme cases of damage during transit, such as leakage, broken items, missing items, faulty, or defective products, will be considered after thorough verification.

    1. Incorrect Product: You received a product that is different from your order.

    1. Size Issues: The delivered product does not match the size you ordered.

Conditions for Returning Products

To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

    1. Products must be returned in their original condition as received, including any bills, tags, or labels.

    1. Products should be unsoiled and in their original form.

    1. Brand packaging should remain intact.

    1. Replacement of a product is subject to its availability on the website at the time of the return request.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

    1. Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.

    1. Branded items with a broken seal, unless otherwise compensated.

    1. Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers.

    1. Personalized or customized Cepora.

Refund Policy

    1. Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

    1. An unboxing video of the product in its original packaging is mandatory for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products. Without this video, no complaints will be entertained.

    1. In case of a tampered, damaged, or defective package, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.

    1. Cepora is not responsible for damage occurring after product delivery.

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    1. Refunds will only be issued after the returned product passes inspection.

    1. Refunds are processed within 14-15 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

    1. Orderscannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.

    1. After dispatch, agateway charge of 2%will be levied for all order cancellations. For COD orders, a 10% advance confirmation fee is taken. If the order is cancelled after dispatch or not accepted at delivery, the logistic/shipping charges will be deducted from the advance, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 6–7 business days.

    1. Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 14-15 business days after cancellation acceptance.

    1. Cepora reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Q1: How long does it take to receive a refund after cancellation/refund acceptance?

    • Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 business days after cancellation acceptance.

    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account shared with our customer support team within 5-7 working days.

Q2: Does the policy cover opened or used products?

    • No, the policy does not cover opened or used products. Only orders with leakage, broken items, or missing products are eligible.

Q3: How can I cancel an order placed by mistake?

    • Orders placed by mistake can be canceled on the checkout order confirmation page within the first few hours.
